Stauss and Durow Promoted to Vice President
Tim Stauss and Beth Durow have both been promoted to the position of Vice President at The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT).

Stauss joined SNBT in 2011. He holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from Northern Michigan University, Business Administration and Secondary Business Education. Tim is also a graduate of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School.
He is responsible for commercial lending including: commercial real estate loans, equipment loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, analyzing and interpreting financial reports, and preforming cash flow analysis. Additionally, Tim is a 2014 winner of the WINGS award (Worthy Individual noted for Generous Service); this award recognizes the exceptional individual community service efforts of a bank employee.
Durow earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from UW Green Bay, and attended Moore School of Business Investment program. Beth also participated in the Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations trainings and attended the WBA Bank Executives conference. Prior to her current position as Controller, Beth has held numerous roles throughout the company such as Customer Service Representative, Operations Specialist, and Accounting Officer.
Her duties include but aren’t limited to managing the accounting department, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, setting up the bank’s financial reporting systems, coordinating and producing the annual Bank budget, creating the financials for the annual report and is responsible for shareholder records. In addition, Beth is an active member of the Clothes Vault and a volunteer for Relay for Life.
